I am a biologist working at the Larry Leach Herbarium, University of Limpopo, South Africa. My interests include indigenous knowledge and sustainable resource use, with my passion and focus on edible insects.
At present most of my time is spent identifying plant species for students and members of the public and collecting distribution information on the rare and threatened plants of Limpopo. Whenever possible I document the dwindling knowledge around Limpopo's edible insects, verifying their scientific names and localities.
