Bruce teaches Takeovers in Monash's postgraduate program and is a Melbourne corporate partner of leading international law firm Ashurst.

Bruce's practice focuses on public company takeovers and schemes of arrangement, but also covers general corporate law and administrative law.

Bruce has advised on many high profile takeovers. He has extensive experience conducting proceedings before the Takeovers Panel and was seconded to the Panel in 2006 to act as its General Counsel.
