Bruce Robertson is an Associate Professor in Zoology at the University of Otago, where he teaches conservation genomics and wildlife management and researches conservation genomics, molecular ecology and wildlife management of New Zealand native species. Bruce is an active contributor to sea lion management, as well as advising the New Zealand Department of Conservation (DOC) on threatened species management, including providing conservation genetics advice to DOC's Kakapo Recovery Team for over 20 years.
