Bukola is an academic developer, learning facilitator, and coach for youth and student entrepreneurs. For over five years, she has been involved in the design, development and implementation of student-centered learning content and curriculum for face-to-face and blended learning spaces using a variety of technological tools. Her area of specialty is entrepreneurship, innovation, learning experience design, early years and adulthood pedagogy
She is passionate about developing tailor-made skills development interventions for the youth using equity-centered, inclusive, and participatory design-thinking methodologies and has worked in several academia-industry youth-centered projects including that of African Research Universities Alliance(ARUA), Canon Africa, Bookings Africa, Expanzo and Oladele Fajemorokun Foundation to mention a few.
Bukola enjoys transdisciplinary research and is presently a Research Scholar at the ARUA Centre of Excellence for Unemployment and Skills Development, the University of Lagos. She also serves as a collaborator in the Dent Education Entrepreneurship and Innovation Internship Project in the USA. She is also a reviewer of the Mandela Washington Fellowship.
She is a volunteer for many youth-led organisations including CSR in Action, Abraham's Children Foundation, and Be my eyes. Her hobbies are reading, traveling, and photography.
