Carmel Christy is currently an affiliated fellow at the International Institute of Asian Studies, Leiden, the Netherlands. She is the author of the book ‘Sexuality and Public Space in India: Reading the Visible’. Carmel holds the position of an assistant professor in the Department of Journalism at Kamala Nehru College, University of Delhi.
