Carol Ann Kelly

Following a successful 25-year clinical career, including 10 years as a senior respiratory nurse specialist, I moved into higher education in 2005 to use my expertise to further influence the care and clinical management of respiratory patients. This vision has continued to guide my research career and I completed a PhD on the clinical enigma of oxygen therapy in 2014. I have published widely on respiratory related topics in high quality peer-reviewed and professional journals and have advocated for, and promoted, nurse (and AHP) led research in the respiratory field.
