Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood, Macquarie University

Carol is a Senior Lecturer in Early Childhood at Macquarie University and a Clinical Psychologist who consults for Mindworx Psychology and the Black Dog Institute. She specialises in children's fear learning and extinction. Her research findings have implications for the treatment and prevention of childhood anxiety disorders. Carol is also specialises in gender effects in STEM and psychological and social factors may pose as barriers to STEM careers for girls.
