Associate professor, Queensland University of Technology

Carol holds a PhD in sociology, and specialises in food and agriculture including food security, food waste, governance and regulation, and alternative food networks. She is currently an Associate Professor at the Business School, Queensland University of Technology and Leader of the Agrifood Systems program at the QUT Centre for Agriculture and the Bioeconomy
