I am an applied psychologist working at the Centre for Behavoural Science and Applied Psychology (CeBSAP) within Sheffield Hallam University. My research interests are in the development of normal and atypical eating behaviour, diet-disease processes, behavioural science and behaviour change. I am currently involved in projects investigating the role of the microbiome in Parkinson's Disease, promoting influenza and COVID-19 vaccine uptake and biosimilar medication use in psoriasis patients
