Catarina Segatto

Catarina Segatto is a visiting professor at Universidade Federal do ABC. She holds a PhD in Public Administration and Government from the São Paulo School of Business Administration (EAESP / FGV). She worked as a researcher at the Center for Studies in Public Administration and Government (CEAPG) at EAESP / FGV and at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy at the University of Regina. She studies intergovernmental relations, bureaucracy and inequalities in social policies, mainly in Education and Health policies.
