Catherine Burke is a senior lecturer and microbiology researcher in the School of Life Sciences at University of Technology, Sydney. Her current research focuses on gut and respiratory microbiomes and their effects on health and disease. Dr Burke obtained her PhD in microbiology from the University of New South Wales in 2010.
