Research Fellow in Educational and Developmental Psychology, Charles Sturt University

Dr. Cen Wang is a Registered Psychologist in private practice and a Senior Adjunct Research Fellow in the School of Education at Charles Sturt University. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology, with minors in Statistics, Research Methodology and Developmental Psychology. Her research focuses on the diverse ways that students learn and achieve academic success and identifies personal and contextual factors that influence students' learning, motivation and social emotional wellbeing.

Her recent projects examine children’s learning and social emotional wellbeing and its association with contextual factors such as teacher-child relationships and peer relationships across their early school years. She has a strong track record of academic publications and strives to translate academic research into practical strategies for family and schools.
