Research Associate, Community-Enhanced Social Prescribing, University of York
I'm a mental health researcher with a focus on social and community approaches. I have experience in clinical mental health settings, volunteering and charity fundraising, journalism, teaching and training, public speaking and service development. My doctoral dissertation was on personhood in dementia care. I maintain an interest in relationships and social equality, and have also used my psychology training in international development and human rights-based projects.
