Chinh Luu

I have been undertaking a doctoral research in disaster management at the University of Newcastle, Australia since 2014, and planned to finish in 2018. I am a lecturer at National University of Civil Engineering, Vietnam from 2010. My research interests are Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methods, GIS and machine learning with R software.
