Honorary Research Associate, Department of Psychology, University of Bath

I am a social scientist and an alternative proteins expert. I wrote my PhD on consumer acceptance of cultivated meat, and have published on a range of topics related to meat reduction and alternative proteins. As well as empirical consumer studies, I have authored several reviews and policy-related pieces. I work with alternative protein companies and animal non-profits through my company, Bryant Research.
