Dr Roos is Senior Scientist at the German Primate Centre and Head of the Gene Bank of Primates as well as Lecturer at Georg-August-Universitaet Goettingen

Dr Roos' research interests are evolution, phylogeography, taxonomy, population genetics and conservation of primates.
