Claire Benn

I am a post-doctoral research fellow of the Humanising Machine Intelligence Grand Challenge Project, working in ethics, with a special focus on the ethics of technology. I have a strong background in publishing academic and popular work on topics ranging from going beyond the call of duty, perfectionism, child pornography, virtual images, the Black Mirror TV series, rationality, causation and robots. I am committed to engaging the public with important debates in ethics and technology through the publication of popular pieces, radio interviews and public lectures. I am about to start a recurring segment on ethical conundrums for the ABC.
