Clara Bradbury-Rance

Lecturer in Liberal Arts, King's College London

Clara Bradbury-Rance is a Lecturer in the Department of Liberal Arts at King's College London, where she has worked since 2017.

She is the author of Lesbian Cinema after Queer Theory, which was published by Edinburgh University Press and translated into Spanish by Osífragos (both 2019).

Her research focuses on lesbian cinema and media, feminist and queer theory, digital culture, contemporary cinema and feminism in popular culture. Her work has appeared in Sight and Sound, The Conversation, Lambda Literary and the open access journal MAI: Feminism and Visual Culture. She sits on the steering committees of Queer@King's and the Society for Cinema and Media Studies Queer & Trans Caucus.
