Claudia Geist

Dr. Claudia Geist is an Associate Professor of Sociology and Gender Studies at the University of Utah. She studies gender inequality from a variety of perspectives. She explores housework as a site of gender inequality, and further explore how economic circumstances shape family planning. Her most recent works explore novel ways to assess gender in survey research.
