Claudia Gonzalez-Arcos

Honorary Lecturer, The University of Queensland

Claudia González-Arcos is an Assistant Professor at Adolfo Ibáñez University Business School. She also has an honorary position as Lecturer at the University of Queensland Business School in Australia, where she worked as an academic for over 8 years.

Her research focuses on the areas of branding, marketing and sustainability with top-level international publications. Claudia has experience working in interdisciplinary teams investigating sustainable consumption, consumer resistance to public policy interventions that promote sustainable consumption, and how organizations position themselves towards societal values ​​(e.g., the UN Sustainable Development Goals). Claudia has experience applying a wide range of qualitative methodologies to research consumer behavior, collecting and analysing large digital datasets (social media), and conducting ethnographic studies in large organizations.
