Cláudio Gonçalves Couto

Cláudio Gonçalves Couto is a political scientist with a master's and doctorate from the University of São Paulo. He is currently associate professor of the Department of Public Management from FGV EAESP and former Director of the Professional Master in Management and Public Policy (MPGPP). He is a professor of this professional master's degree, as well as of the bachelor course in Public Administration, and of the academic graduate program (master's and doctorate) in Public Administration and Government. Still at FGV, he is a researcher at the Public Sector Politics and Economics Center (CEPESP). He was assistant secretary and, later, executive secretary of ANPOCS (National Association of Graduate Studies in Social Sciences). He is a CNPq productivity fellow (level 1C) and edits the Youtube channel and Podcast #ForadaPolítica NãoháSalvação (Out of Politics No Salvation).
