Colby Dolly

Colby is a manager for a large midwestern police department and a Ph.D. student at the University of Missouri St. Louis. His professional and research interests include technology implementation in policing, public policy, and the determinants of civil unrest in the United States. He has a Master of Public Administration from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville.
