I am an assistant professor of dietetics and nutrition and research coordinator at the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
I received my Ph.D. in Dietetics and Nutrition, Florida International University, 2021, an M.S. in Human Nutrition, Kansas State University, 2015, and a B.S. in Exercise Science, University of Central Missouri, 2013. I am an licensed dietitian and Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC).
I'm a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Nutrition Support Practice Group. Research interests include the treatment of malnutrition, enteral nutrition tolerance, the role of clinical dietitians in acute hospital care settings, and support for patients as they transition from inpatient to outpatient status.
