Colin Chapman

Prior to an academic career I worked in various financial services roles and ran my own regulated advisory firm. I have also acted as an assistant examiner for the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

I joined Aston Business School in September 2013, as a Teaching Fellow in Finance, having previously taught at two other local universities.

Research Interests

Financial capability and inclusion.
Consumer protection and regulation within the financial services industry.
Day trading.
