Collette Tayler researches young children’s learning and development, Early Childhood program effectiveness, policy and strategy, using the findings to influence the direction of ECEC policy and leadership. Within the Graduate School of Education, Collette leads the academic direction of the Master of Teaching Early Childhood, a new direction for the preparation of Early Childhood professionals. Candidates are deployed into professional learning networks in Local Government Authorities across services traversing the birth-eight early childhood field.
