Ph.D. candidate, University of Wollongong

I am a geoarchaeologist. I use earth science techniques to reconstruct the human past from the sediments contained in tropical caves. I studied archaeology and palaeoecology at Queen's University Belfast, then completed a master's degree in archaeological science at the University of Cambridge. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Wollongong, where I work with Dist. Prof. R.G. Roberts and Dr Mike Morley. My research is focused on the processes that affect the preservation of archaeological materials in caves, and using evidence of those processes to reconstruct past environments,
