Corinna Gannon studied art history and English at Goethe University in Frankfurt. From 2018-2022 she was a research assistant at Frankfurt university and conducted research on the portrait collection of the Dr. Senckenbergische Stiftung. Her results were published in a monograph "Die Porträtsammlung der Dr. Senckenbergischen Stiftung. Frankfurter Medizin- und Kunstgeschichten" and on the website "Berühmte Köpfe. Frankfurter Porträtsammlungen" (https://beruehmte-koepfe.net/).
In November 2022, she submitted her dissertation which was dedicated to art, alchemy and magic at the court of Emperor Rudolf II, a topic she continues to do research on.
Currently, she is an assistant curator at the Städel Museum in Frankfurt.
