Lecturer in Human Psychology, Nottingham Trent University

I am a Lecturer in Human Psychology and a member of the Sexual Offences, Crime & Misconduct Research Unit at Nottingham Trent University. My research focuses on the psychology underpinning moral and political decision-making. A key focus of my work to date has been how members of the public both form and express attitudes towards people who have committed, or are at risk of committing, sexual offences.

More broadly, I am interested in controversial decision-making, political polarisation, and the so-called "horseshoe" model of political orientation.
