Lecturer in Law, University of Liverpool

Craig was appointed Lecturer in Law at the School of Law and Social Justice, University of Liverpool in August 2015. He graduated from the University of Sheffield in 2010 with a degree in Law (Sweet and Maxwell Prize) and obtained his MA in Healthcare Ethics and Law (Lord Alliance Prize) in 2012 from the University of Manchester. Craig also completed his Ph.D at the University of Manchester. His doctoral research considered whether lost autonomy should be recognised as actionable damage in medical negligence cases and was funded by the Arts and Humanities Research Council.

Craig's research interests are in medical law, bioethics and the law of torts.
