Daryll is Co-Director of the Centre for Workforce Futures in the Faculty of Business and Economics at Macquarie University.

Daryll spent 40 years in public and private sector work in Australia and overseas. He has been a shift worker on the job in a steelworks (BHP), a senior executive in the private sector (CSR), Director of several government agencies, a mission leader and senior consultant for the United Nations in Asia (Malaysia, The Philippines, Thailand, India, China and Indonesia).
