David Dyason

Senior Lecturer in Property Studies at Lincoln University, New Zealand. I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of related fields ranging from the public sector as an economic advisor, in consulting work as a property market analyst and economist and recently as an academic in Economics and Property. My research interest and publications are in property, economics, geography, and planning. Through my research I aim to study the causal relationship between property and economics and its effect on urban and rural development.
