Dr David Grundy is a Principal Lecturer and cross-disciplinary researcher at Newcastle Business School investigating the financial impacts of customer retention, commitment, trust, membership, crowd-funding and community building & management in both online and offline environments for both private businesses and the public sector. Research interests include crowdfunding, alternative finance, and online gaming customer retention and loyalty.
