David James Robertson

My PhD research was supervised by Professor Nilli Lavie at UCL. I worked on the development of novel applications of perceptual load theory.

From 2014-2017, I worked at the University of York FaceVar lab, headed by Professor Mike Burton. Our research focused on improving our understanding of human and machine face recognition.

I joined the University of Strathclyde School of Psychological Sciences & Health in January 2017. In conjunction with my teaching responsibilities, I continue to research face recognition, attention, and perception.
