David McKay

David is Head of Policy for Scotland at the Soil Association, and is responsible for the research, development and advocacy of Soil Association positions on food, farming, forestry and land-use policy in Scotland. David started his career in journalism and went on to work as a media advisor to politicians at the UK and Scottish parliaments. He has a post-graduate diploma in Organic Farming from SRUC and a BA Journalism Studies from Napier University.
