Deborah Towns

Sociologist and Historian, Dr Deborah Towns, has a wide range of experience in consulting, project management, professional development, research, lecturing and teaching in private and public workplaces, including universities and schools. She has particular expertise in the analysis of gender and leadership in workplaces and schooling. Her recently awarded PhD explored gendered leadership, management, organisational change and employment relations in a large government department, using interviews and analysis of workplaces over time.
