Dimitris Andriosopoulos

Professor of Finance, University of Strathclyde

My research is on corporate finance, corporate governance, M&As, Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Social and Governance (ESG), the impact of corruption on finance and the economy, and regulatory frameworks on finance and political economy.

I am a member of the Research Panel of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland (ICAS).

I am an Associate Editor for the European Journal of Finance and have acted as Guest Associate Editor for the Journal of Operational Research Society and the International Review of Financial Analysis.

Since 2016 I am ranked in the top 10% on the Social Science Research Network (SSRN) which has more than 432,000 registered authors.
