Dinuk Jayasuriya

Research Fellow, ANU College of Asia and the Pacific, Australian National University

Prior to commencing work at the Crawford School of Public Policy in 2012, Dinuk Jayasuriya completed a two year position with the World Bank Group as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer focusing on the Pacific region. Previously he worked for two years as an evaluation consultant for the Red Cross in Sri Lanka, as a summer intern with AusAID and 4.5 years as an accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and ANZ Bank.

Dinuk holds a PhD and Master in International and Development Economics from ANU and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

His research interests are: quantitative and qualitative evaluations, studies involving surveys, post-conflict studies, Pacific development and the private sector.
