I served my role as the Executive Director and Co-Founder of IJRS since 2019 until 2023. Throughout my career, I have participated in a variety of legal and social research projects. In conjunction with the Ministry of National Planning (Bappenas), I was appointed as the Coordinator of the Civil Society Consortium to Develop an Access to Justice Index. The Indonesian Ministry of National Planning launched this index in December 2019. I've been involved in judicial reform as well as the access to justice studies.

Currently, I am working as an Lecturer at Adhyaksa Law School. I also currently taking PhD program at the Australian National University
