Dominic Glover is a Fellow of the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex, Brighton, UK.

Dominic is an interdisciplinary social scientist, who specialises in the study of technology and processes of socio-technical change, particularly in small-scale farming in the global South. He has over two decades of experience in research, policy analysis and communication on technological change, innovation, knowledge systems, governance and policy processes relating to agriculture, innovation, biotechnology and rural development. He has carried out, led and supervised field research in India, Nepal, the Philippines, Madagascar, Ethiopia and Kenya. Dominic has published numerous academic papers in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Agrarian Change, the Journal of Peasant Studies, Outlook on Agriculture, the Journal of Political Ecology, Food Policy, Development & Change, Technology in Society, Agricultural Systems, and Agriculture and Human Values, Dominic has also served as an advisor and editor at SciDev.Net and as a consultant to the FAO and the UN Special Rapporteur on the Right to Food.
