Dr Jones is a socio-legal scholar specializing in family and domestic violence and the implementation of women's rights at the intersection of gender, religion, and law. Her current research practice focuses on the help-seeking behavior of victims from culturally and linguistically diverse communities via state and non-state avenues, with an emphasis on lived experience and victim agency.
