I am a Research Associate with the Institute for the Study of International Development (ISID) at McGill University and Managing Editor of the GrOW Research Series, which disseminates scholarly research on women's economic empowerment and economic growth.

My research specializations include: gender and development; women’s economic empowerment, microfinance, sex trade work; development cooperation and partnerships; international volunteering; volunteer tourism; international education; university internationalization; and qualitative research methods.
