PhD (Corporate Governance and Stakeholder Engagement), RMIT University

I am a career accountant and a specialist in Tax and Forensic Accounting who transitioned into in the field of corporate governance. I am a trained academic currently teaching Ethics & Governance and Business & Government. My PhD thesis explored corporate governance issues in Australia from a sociological perspective and primarily evaluates board recruitment systems and practices, examining how institutional factors influence the usefulness of boards.
