Duika Burges Watson

Dr Duika Burges Watson is in a research position in the Faculty of Medical Sciences at Newcastle University, UK. Her research interests are in food from source to senses and how our experience of food may be changed - for reasons of illness to the Anthropocene. She supervises students working across global public health, dietetics, psychology, medical fields in relation to changed relationships with food and when food has lost its joy.
