My research concerns ancient political theory and history (especially Greek Tyranny and modern Authoritarian Regimes), the ancient Greek economy (especially professions and occupations) and Greek literature. I have taught at the universities of Leeds, Warwick, Lincoln, UCL and now Nottingham.
