Eksanti Amalia Kusuma Wardhani

Eksanti is currently a Junior Researcher at The PRAKARSA, mainly assisting in research-related task, such as designing the research, analyzing and visualizing the data, as well as presenting the research result into a research report and policy brief. Prior to starting this position, Eksanti was a Short-term Research Consultant at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) Southeast Asia, primarily supporting a research project to improve the female labor force participation. During her college, she spent most of her time as a research intern in several think-tank organizations, including J-PAL Southeast Asia, Centre for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), as well as The PRAKARSA. Her research interests consist of, but are not limited to, gender and intersectionality, women's representation in parliament, electoral politics, political dynasty, poverty and inequality.
