Elisabeth Vogel is a PhD student at the Australian-German Climate & Energy College at the University of Melbourne. Her research interests are centred on climate change impacts on ecological and human systems, with a particular focus on climate extreme events and agriculture. Within her PhD, Elisabeth investigates the impact of extreme weather events on global crop yields. Prior to commencing her PhD, Elisabeth completed a degree in Environmental Engineering at the Technical University of Berlin.
