Elise Wach

Dr Elise Wach is a food producer and a researcher. Her work focuses how we can transition to food systems which are ecologically regenerative, and provide healthy food for the human population on an equitable basis. She is a co-founder of Frome Field 2 Fork, a small community farm which seeks to enable more people to grow their own and to eat more seasonal, local and ecologically produced food. She is a Research Advisor at the Institute of Development Studies where she researches related issues including property rights, trade and agricultural policy.
