Dr Elizabeth Cotton is an academic at Cardiff Metropolitan University researching employment relations and mental health. She has worked as Head of Education for a Global Union Federation in the extractive industries and as a psychotherapist in the NHS. She is an Editor-in-Chief of the British Sociological Association’s AJG4 journal Work, Employment & Society. Elizabeth is a newly appointed member of the UK's Health & Safety Executive's SEEAC.
