PhD: 'The Wolf in the Story': Wolves as Speech-Stealers and Outlaws in Old English Literature

I gained my BA in English Literature from the University of Manchester in 2015 and my MLitt in Mediaeval English from the University of St Andrews in 2016, where I also completed my PhD in 2020. I stumbled across the topic of wolves while researching monsters in Old English literature, but wolves and their conservation have since become my passion after getting to know the Scottish Deer Centre's wolf pack during a Scottish Graduate School for Arts and Humanities funded internship in 2018.

Research Interests:
Old English literature and culture; Old English literary and cultural inheritances; fables; wolf conservation and reintroduction
