Emily Russo

Dr Emily Russo (B.A., B.Ec. (Hons), M.I.A., Ph.D., MAICD) has over 20 years’ experience in talent management, consulting, strategy, business development and academia. She is an Industry Fellow at the University of Queensland Business School with research interests in the areas of talent management, neurodiverse talent and organisational gender diversity and has presented her research at conferences internationally. Emily is also a Non-Executive Director at Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect), Australia’s largest provider of autism specific services. She has a background in professional services and has worked for consulting firms in both Australia and the USA.
